Although experience is an asset, it is not always necessary. Other strengths would be backgrounds in architecture, industrial design and engineering. Skill and finesse with hand tools and power equipment would also be a positive. Proficiency in CAD software might also provide advance standing for a suitor. Positions are usually full time, however we also endeavor to expand our network of preferred sub contractors.
